EMOM Strength Peg BoardEMOM for 15 minutes:
- 1 Peg Board Ascent
- 5 Deadlifts (#225/155)
Instructions:
- Start the EMOM with 1 peg board ascent and then complete 5 deadlifts.
- Each minute, increase the peg board ascent by 1 repetition.
- Continue to perform 5 deadlifts at the prescribed weight each minute.
- If unable to complete the required reps within the minute, rest the following minute and then resume the workout at the last completed round.
- Scale the weight and peg board ascent as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
