  • Peg Board Climbs
  • Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35 lbs)

Instructions:
Start with 10 Peg Board Climbs and 10 Dumbbell Thrusters, then decrease the reps by 1 each round until you finish with 1 of each. Time cap: 20 minutes. Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell thrusters that allows you to complete each set unbroken. Scale the peg board climbs if needed.
