Tabata Gymnastics Peg BoardTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Peg Board Climbs
- Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort Peg Board Climbs, followed by 10 seconds rest.
- Then, perform 20 seconds of max effort Handstand Push-ups, followed by 10 seconds rest.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each movement.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements.
Notes:
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata workout.
- Ensure proper form is maintained, especially during the Handstand Push-ups to prevent injury.
