  • Peg Board Climbs
  • 200 Meter Sprint

Instructions:
- Perform 10 peg board climbs followed by a 200 meter sprint, then decrease reps by 2 each round until you finish with 2 peg board climbs and a final 200 meter sprint.
- Scale the peg board climbs as needed, such as using a modified rope climb or strict pull-ups.
- Push the pace on the sprints to challenge your cardiovascular endurance.
- Time cap: 15 minutes.
