AMRAP Cardio Peg Board

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 1 Peg Board Ascent

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 box jumps, 5 handstand push-ups, and 1 peg board ascent. Scale the height of the box jumps and modify the handstand push-ups as needed. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
