AMRAP Strength Peg Board

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 5 Peg Board Ascents
  • 10 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24"/20")

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 5 Peg Board Ascents, 10 Deadlifts, and 15 Box Jumps. Scale the weight of the Deadlifts and height of the Box Jumps as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Good luck!
