Tabata Weightlifting Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Weightlifting (Power Snatches)
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Barbell
- Plates


Instructions:
Perform as many Power Snatches as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. The weight should be challenging but allow for proper form throughout. Score is total number of reps completed.
