AMRAP Weightlifting Peg Board

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
  • 1 Peg Board Ascent

Instructions:
Complete 10 deadlifts before ascending the peg board. Each round, add 10 deadlifts and another peg board ascent. Score is total rounds + reps completed.

Focus on pacing yourself and maintaining good form on both the deadlifts and peg board ascents throughout the workout.
