Tabata Gymnastics Peg Board

Tabata Workout:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Rotate through the following movements:
1. Peg Board Climbs
2. Handstand Push-ups
3. Toes-to-Bar
4. Ring Muscle-ups


Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next
- Score is total reps completed for each movement
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity
