EMOM Gymnastics Peg Board

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 1 Peg Board Climb
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
- Start each minute with a Peg Board climb, followed by 5 handstand push-ups and 10 toes-to-bar.
- If you can't complete the designated reps within the minute, rest the next minute and resume the workout on the following minute.
- Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
