AMRAP Weightlifting Peg BoardAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 1 Peg Board Ascent
Instructions:
- Complete 5 deadlifts followed by 1 ascent on the peg board.
- Continue this pattern for as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale weight as needed, and modify the peg board ascent with a different pulling movement if necessary.
- Push yourself to keep moving and challenge your grip strength and stamina.
