EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 1 Peg Board Ascent
  • 3 Deadlifts (#225/#155)

Instructions:
- Start the EMOM with 1 peg board ascent and 3 deadlifts, then add 1 peg board ascent each round.
- The deadlift weight should be challenging but manageable, scale as needed.
- Score is total number of rounds completed.
