  • 5 Peg Board Climbs
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
- Scale the weight and height as needed to maintain good form and intensity
- Push yourself on the peg board climbs, but be safe and use proper technique
