Tabata Weightlifting Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • 1st round: 1 peg board climb
  • 2nd round: 2 power snatches
  • 3rd round: 3 peg board climbs
  • 4th round: 4 power snatches
  • Continue alternating between peg board climbs and power snatches, increasing by 1 rep each round

Equipment:
- Peg Board
- Barbell for power snatches


Instructions:
- Complete the designated reps for each movement within the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next round.
- The workout ends once you are unable to complete the designated reps within the 20-second work interval.
- Score is total number of rounds completed.
