AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 3 Peg Board Climbs
  • 6 Handstand Push-ups
  • 9 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 3 peg board climbs, 6 handstand push-ups, and 9 toes-to-bar. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
