AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 1 Peg Board Ascent

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Ensure proper technique and safety precautions when using the peg board.
