- 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed. Rest as needed between movements to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Remember to pace yourself and push through the fatigue to reach your full potential.
