AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 5 Peg Board Ascents
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)


Skill Focus:
- Work on efficient Peg Board technique to maximize rounds
- Maintain tight core and straight body position during Handstand Push-ups
- Use hip power for Kettlebell Swings


Note:
- Scale Peg Board Ascents to Rope Climbs if needed
- Scale Handstand Push-ups to hand release push-ups if necessary
- Choose a Kettlebell weight that allows for unbroken sets
