  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Double Unders
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Wall Ball, Jump Rope, Pull-up Bar, Box


Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout, especially on the Toes-to-Bar and Handstand Push-ups. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
