EMOM Skill Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Slam Balls
  • Even minutes: 30 Double-Unders

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Jump Rope


Notes:
Alternate between the Slam Balls and Double-Unders each minute for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and technique throughout the workout. Adjust weight of Slam Ball and number of Double-Unders as needed to ensure proper intensity.
