  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 25 Air Squats

Skill Focus: Handstand Push-ups


Notes: Scale the Handstand Push-ups to Pike Push-ups or Hand Release Push-ups as needed. Make sure to maintain proper form on the Box Jumps to prevent injury. Push the pace on the Double Unders to maximize rounds completed.
