AMRAP Gymnastics Assault Bike

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 15 Cal Assault Bike
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Push the pace on the assault bike to maximize rounds completed.
