Tabata:


  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Gymnastics:


  • Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Instructions:


  • Alternate between the Assault Bike and Handstand Push-ups in Tabata intervals. Focus on maintaining consistent effort throughout each round.
  • Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or hand-release push-ups as needed.
  • Push yourself to keep a challenging pace on the Assault Bike while maintaining proper form on the gymnastics movements.
