EMOM for 16 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
- Even Minutes: 5-10 Toes to Bar


Instructions:
Complete the prescribed reps on the Assault Bike and Toes to Bar within each minute. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
