AMRAP Gymnastics Stationary Bike

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20/15 Calorie Bike
- 10 Handstand Push-ups


Gymnastics Notes: Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if needed. Modify the handstand push-ups with pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if necessary.


Stationary Bike: Adjust the resistance to challenge yourself but maintain intensity throughout the workout.


Score: Total rounds + reps completed in 20 minutes.
