AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 GHD Sit-ups, 15 Handstand Push-ups, and 20 Toes-to-Bar. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
